About / Mateusz Nowak

I’m interested in
how things fit.

I’m a Psychology student at the University of Rzeszów and a remote AI model training contractor. My work crosses research, writing, evaluation, information systems and creative technology — which sounds broad until you notice that all of it depends on understanding complex systems.

I’m happiest somewhere between analysis and invention.

I like research because ideas have to survive contact with evidence. I like writing because vague thoughts have to become specific. I like systems because they expose whether all the pieces actually work together.

That combination shows up everywhere: evaluating AI outputs against detailed criteria, maintaining continuity across a fictional universe, translating abstract product ideas into features, or organising rule-heavy game data.

I’m early in my career, which means I’m still building range — but I already know the kind of colleague I am: independent, intensely detail-aware, quick with unfamiliar software and much more interested in doing the work properly than pretending to know something I don’t.
